A 50% deposit will be required to complete your booking and reserve your preferred day, with the remainder of the balance due on the day of booking.
Once a deposit is paid it is not refundable as cash, only a store credit will be applied.
As we are independently owned, we unfortunately cannot transfer parties to other Lip Lab Locations.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
Flat rate of $15 for all orders with a delivery destination within Australia.

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)
Flat rate of $10 on all orders to delivery destinations within Australia.

We DO NOT accept any returns once product has left our warehouse.
Due to the nature of the goods: Cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons.

We will replace or refund any item that is faulty or incorrect subject to availability.

Please include your order number and why you are returning the item.
We will then provide you on how to proceed. Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colours on our website, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee colours to be exact.
